Five star experience. My tire store of choice.

I realized I had a slow leak on my right rear tire when I got to work. I immediately drove to discount tire ahead of their opening time and was greeted by an employee in the parking lot who took my information and added me to the waiting list. Right at opening time I was texted to come into the store. They found and fixed the leak and had my car waiting in front if the store within 20 minutes and charged me nothing due the leak repair, which had been caged by a large screw. I didn’t but these tires at discount tire, but we’ll only buy my tires here from now on ! What amazing service and value!

Helpful and friendly staff

I made an appointment online to get my tires rotated and balanced and even though it was busy around the holidays it took them less than 45 minutes !!

I bought my tires online and made an appointment to be installed in 3 days. The store informed me the next day that my tires have arrived. I called to ask if I can come in instead of waiting 2 more days for my appointment. I was told I could but I would have to wait longer since there were appointments that day (and walk-ins). I was quoted 2-2.5 hours and my tires were done in 1 hour. Thank you! I can confidently and safely be on the road again especially with the rain we're getting!
